Description
Beaked jug with vertical handle and simple base. It is decorated with brown motifs on buff slip in the Floral Style of the Special Palatial Tradition: on the main body is a stylised ivy-leaf pattern, with horizontal bands and wavy lines lower down, and reeds on the neck and spout. It was used for the temporary storage, transport and offering of liquids.
