Description
Bridge-spouted jar decorated in the Standard Tradition with black paint on buff slip. The motifs consist of running spirals with central dots, wavy lines and bands. The jar has a globular body, a simple base, a low neck, a bridge spout and a vertical handle. It was used for pouring liquids, alcoholic or otherwise, probably during the course of communal feasts.
