Description
Small bridge-spouted bucket-shaped vessel with two horizontal handles and three applied rivet heads under the spout. It is decorated with black Marine Style motifs on a buff slip: triton shells, sea anemones and coral-like branches sprouting from rocks. There are relief ridges around the base and rim. The vessel was probably used for storing, transporting and decanting liquids for religious/ritual purposes.
