Description
Fragmentary palm-leaf tablet recording a quantity of an unknown commodity using units of weight and numerals. It includes the highest unit of the Minoan system of weights, the “talent”, which is represented by logogram *118, a stylised picture of a pair of scales. Similar metal scales have been found in various excavations.
