Description
The Kommos wreath consists of a bronze wire to which the various elements of myrtle branches are attached. There are 31 bronze leaves and 20 ivory beads resembling white myrtle buds before full flowering. It was found in a deposit south of Temple C at Kommos, together with other votive offerings dating from the Hellenistic phase of the Sanctuary.
