Description
Bronze bossed “omphalos” bowl. It is richly decorated, with a central rosette and three pairs of opposed bulls, their horns interlocked, around the circumference. There is a suspension hole in the edge of the rim. The style and decorative themes display Assyrian influences, as do the shields of the Idaean Cave.
