Description
Votive Palladium in the form of a bronze sheet depicting the goddess Athena dressed for battle. The goddess is shown in profile with spear and shield, in the Promachos type, a common iconographic variant mainly known from statues. This example was a votive offering to the temple of Apollo in the agora of ancient Dreros.
